The therapeutic process, brief or long, is a journey of self-discovery, personal development and growth.
HOW IT WORKS
Psychotherapy sessions are usually weekly on the same day and time and last 50 minutes.
The initial meeting is an opportunity for you to tell me what brings you to therapy, to know more about how I work and to see if we are a good fit.
I offer sessions both in English and Portuguese.
