My Approach
I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore issues at your own pace. My approach is grounded in reflective dialogue and, when helpful, in creative or embodied forms of expression. We may also draw on mindfulness and breathing practices to support grounding and awareness.
Each psychotherapeutic journey is unique and guided by your experience.
I work in a relational, creative and embodied way, drawing on relational psychoanalytic/psychodynamic thinking, Jungian psychology and humanistic, somatic and creative arts therapy principles. My approach is also informed by practices such as mindfulness, breathwork and Authentic Movement, supporting deeper listening and mind–body connection.

"The body is merely the visibility of the soul, the psyche; and the soul is the psychological experience of the body.
So it is really one and the same thing."
Carl G. Jung
I work with language, images, symbols, dreams, the body and movement as portals to the inner world and the unconscious.
I believe that bringing body, mind, feelings, and imagination into dialogue can nurture connection, wholeness and healing. This may include reflection, embodied experience and creative expression, attending to meaning and symbolism in ways that feel right for you.
I offer a reflective safe space where there is time to slow down, feel and notice experiences as they emerge. I work relationally and collaboratively, in a culturally sensitive way, at a pace that feels supportive. Together, we explore patterns and unconscious dynamics with curiosity and compassion, supporting self-awareness and a deeper understanding of yourself. This process can open up new ways of relating to yourself and the world, fostering meaningful and positive change.
THERAPY WITH CHILDREN
In my sessions, creative arts and play are therapeutic mediums in which the child can explore and express their feelings, thoughts and issues. Creative arts therapy can support the child's psychological and emotional growth, fostering resilience and self-confidence.
AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT

Authentic Movement is a contemplative movement practice which has evolved within the field of dance movement therapy and been influenced by Jungian Psychology and mindfulness meditation practice. As in the discipline of mindfulness meditation, we seek to pay attention to our direct experience, moment by moment, witnessing the sensations, feelings, thoughts, images and movement impulses which arise into consciousness.
